My TV setup should have access to TVNZ OnDemand but I can't get it working....

First, check your TV setup here to see if it's likely to have access to TVNZ OnDemand.

If it is supposed to have access but you can't find the app, have trouble downloading it, or can't get it to work as you would expect, please contact TVNZ here.

If you have a Kogan or JVC Android TV, please note that your TV is not officially supported by TVNZ for the TVNZ OnDemand app (according to TVNZ's list of supported devices), so the app may not be available or work correctly.

You can still watch TVNZ OnDemand at tvnz.co.nz and if you prefer to watch it on your TV, you can get a SmartVU+ box and connect it to your TV to access a wide range of apps, including TVNZ OnDemand.
